现代农业法人制度理论研究进展评述

摘要

法人经营是现代农业的重要特征之一。农业法人主要包括家庭农场、农民合作社和农业企业等。从农业制度变迁和农业组织经营模式演进的视角，对农业法人组织及其治理模式的有关理论进行综述，并对我国农业法人组织发展做了梳理。未来可在适合国情的现代农业法人治理结构和外部制度供给方面继续深化研究。%Legal Person management is one of the important characters of modern agriculture .Agricul‐ture legal persons include family farms ,farmers cooperatives and agricultural enterprises ,etc .From the perspective of agricultural institutional change and agriculture organization management evolution ,Here is a review of theories about modern agriculture legal person system ,especially about agriculture legal per‐sons of China .Therefore ,future studies will dieal with the issues such as governance structure and institu‐tional supply of modern agriculture legal persons of China .
