Objective To explore the effect of psychiatric consultation-liaison nursing for inpatients in general hospital.Methods Totally 65 inpatients with a score of SAS≥50 or SDS≥53 when admitting in a general hospital were divided into an observation group(n=33)and a control group(n=32)chronologically.The control group was given routine mental health nursing by primary nurses,while the observation group received psychiatric consultation-liaison nursing by the psychiatric consultation-liaison nurses,which included catharsis therapy,cognitive behavioral therapy,relaxation therapy and masculine reinforcement therapy.Results After the intervention,the score of anxiety,depression and negative coping style in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the score of positive coping style was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The psychiatric consultation-liaison nursing for inpatients in general hospital is conducive to relieving patients' anxiety and depression,increasing positive coping styles,and reducing negative coping styles.%目的 探讨综合医院住院患者心理咨询联络护理的实施效果.方法 将综合医院SAS≥50分或SDS≥53分的65例住院患者按住院时间分为观察组33例和对照组32例.对照组由责任护士给予常规心理护理,观察组由心理咨询联络护士给予心理咨询联络护理,包括宣泄疗法、认知行为疗法、松弛疗法及阳性强化疗法.结果 干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、消极应对方式得分显著低于对照组,积极应对方式得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 综合医院住院患者心理咨询联络护理有利于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,增加积极应对策略,减少消极应对策略.
