基于SWOT-PEST模型的国内老年专科护士培养现况研究

摘要

Gerontological clinical nurse specialist(GCNS) as an indispensable resource for the elderly service project,can provide specialized services for the elderly,maintain and enhance the health of the elderly,promote healthy aging,and save medical resources,which makes the development of GCNS become inevitable.However,this process of development must be influenced by numerous factors such as policy,economy,society and technology.Therefore,by using SWOT-PEST model,the authors analyze the current internal and external factors,aim at defining the strengths and weakness,clarifying the opportunities and threats,and urge to take appropriate measures to guide the development and cultivation of GCNS.%老年专科护士作为老年服务工程的重要人力资源,能够提供专业化老年护理服务,维持及提升老年人的健康,促进健康老龄化,节约医疗资源,从而使老年专科护士的发展成为必然.但是,这一培养发展过程必然受到政策、经济、社会和技术多种因素的影响.作者采用SWOT-PEST分析模型对当前老年专科护士培养的内外部因素进行分析,旨在明确自身的优势与劣势,理清外部的机会和威胁,审时度势,趋利避害,采取适当的决策,从而指导老年专科护士的培养过程.
