Objective To explore the effect of guidance map and practical operation manual of catheters fixing on special management of unplanned extubation.Methods Prevention of unplanned extubation management team was set up,and the guidance map on fixing clinical common catheters and its pratical operation manual were designed and made,then the training and management on unplanned extubation prevention were carried out for all the junior nurses in our hospital.The qualified rate of catheters fixing and the unplanned extubation rate were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the implementation of special management,patients' unplanned extubation rate was decreased significantly,and the qualified rate of catheters fixing of nurses was significantly increased (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Application of guidance map combining with pratical operation manual on fixing cathers in prevention management of unplanned extubation for nurses,can effectively improve the qualified rate of catheters fixing by nurses,and reduce unplanned extubation rate of patients,then improve the quality of clinical nursing.%目的 探讨管路固定指导图谱联合实操手册用于护士非计划性拔管专项管理的效果.方法 成立预防非计划性拔管专项管理小组,编制“临床常见管路固定指导图谱”,制作“导管固定实操手册”,并对全院低年资护士实施预防非计划性拔管的培训和管理,比较实施专项管理前后护士管路固定合格率及患者非计划性拔管率.结果 实施专项管理后,患者非计划性拔管率显著降低,护士管道固定合格率显著提高(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 管路固定指导图谱联合导管固定实操手册应用于临床护士非计划性拔管的预防管理,能有效提高护士管道固定合格率,降低患者非计划性拔管率,提高临床护理质量.
