本科护生人文关怀能力与利他行为的关系研究

             

摘要

Objective To understand baccalaureate nursing students' humanistic care ability,and explore its relationship with altruistic behavior,so as to provide reference for promoting students' humanistic care consciousness and ability.Methods Totally 437 fulltime baccalaureate nursing students from 2 nursing schools in Anhui province and completed internship were investigated using general information questionnaire,caring ability inventory and the altruistic behavior of college students questionnaire.Results The score of humanistic care ability among baccalaureate nursing students was (186.78 ± 15.58),which was in a low level,and altruistic behavior for them scored (113.66-t-11.09).Students' humanistic care ability was significantly and positively correlated with altruistic behavior and each factor (P<0.01 for all);relationship with teachers and students,and every factor of altruistic behavior positively predicted students' humanistic caring ability (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Baccalaureate nursing students' humanistic care ability need to be improved,and it is obviously influenced by altruistic behaviors.Nursing administrators and educators can promote baccalaureate nursing students' humanistic care ability by fostering their awareness of altruistic behavior.%目的 了解本科护生人文关怀能力现状,探讨其与利他行为的相关性,为提升本科护生人文关怀意识和能力提供依据.方法 采用一般资料调查问卷、人文关怀能力评价量表、大学生利他行为问卷对安徽省2所护理院校已完成临床实习的437名全日制本科护生进行问卷调查.结果 本科护生人文关怀能力得分(186.78±15.58)分,处于低水平;利他行为得分(113.66土11.09)分.本科护生人文关怀能力与利他行为及其各因子呈显著正相关(均P<0.01);与老师、同学的关系及利他行为各因子对本科护生人文关怀能力有正向预测作用(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 本科护生人文关怀能力有待提高,利他行为可显著影响本科护生的人文关怀能力.护理管理者和教育者可通过培养本科护生利他行为意识促进其人文关怀能力的提升.
