肿瘤内科微课教学在临床护理带教中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨微课教学在肿瘤内科临床护理教学中的应用.方法 采用便利取样的方法,将2016年7~12月在肿瘤内科实习的52名护生作为观察组;2015年7~12月50名实习生为对照组.对照组按照传统的老师说教和PPT演示方式进行临床带教,观察组在传统教学方式基础上增加微课教学.结果 两组理论和操作考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01).观察组90.00%以上护生认为微课教学可以激发自主学习能力,在较短时间内掌握重难点知识,因而更愿意采用微课学习.结论 微课教学有助于提高护生自主学习能力,提升临床护理教学质量.%Objective To explore the effect of microlectures in clinical nursing teaching in department of oncology.Methods By means of convenience sampling,52 nursing interns working from July to December,2016 in department of oncology were assigned into the control group,who were mentored with traditional didactic method and PPT demonstration alone,and 50 nursing interns working from July to December,2015,were arranged into the observation group,who additionally received microlectures.Results The scores of theory and skill exams between the 2 groups had significant differences (P<0.01 for both).And 90.00% of the students in the observation group believed that microlectures could stimulate self directed learning and help them master key and difficult knowledge in a comparatively short period of time,which made them in favor of microlecturing.Conclusion Microlectures can stimulate self-directed learning in students and promote the quality of clinical teaching.
