Objective To assess health problems in community-dwelling disabled elderly people.Methods A total of 82 communitydwelling disabled elderly people were selected by convenience sampling.They were either assessed by a researcher using the Omaha System or asked to report their health problems.Results Thirty health problems were identified by professional assessment and 17 were self-reported.The most common problems that the incidence rate was 50％ or higher by both assessment methods were mental health,personal care,and neuro-musculo-skeletal function.Conclusion Comorbid health problems are found in communitydwelling disabled elderly people,and the results obtained by professional assessment and self-report show similarities and differences.Mental health,personal care,and neuro-musculo-skeletal function should be paid more attention.%目的 评估社区失能老人的健康问题.方法 方便抽取82名社区失能老人,运用奥马哈系统进行评估,同时收集失能老人对健康问题的自评.结果 专业评估共发现30个健康问题,自评发现17个健康问题.两种评估发生率≥50.0％的健康问题为精神健康、个人照顾和神经肌肉-骨骼功能.结论 社区失能老人并存多种健康问题,专业评估与自评结果有异同,需重点关注发生率较高的精神健康、个人照顾和神经肌肉-骨骼功能.
