岗位动态管理提高急诊科护士职业满意度

             

摘要

目的 探讨岗位动态管理对急诊科护士职业满意度的影响.方法 对急诊护士人力资源和绩效考核实施岗位动态管理,制定岗位说明书和岗位动态管理方案,加强岗位动态管理人员培训和实施绩效考核方案.比较岗位动态管理前后急诊科64名临床护士的职业满意度.结果 岗位动态管理后,急诊科护士总体职业满意度及除专业或社会上交流的机会和工作被称赞或认可外,各维度评分显著高于管理前(均P<0.01).结论 急诊科实施岗位动态管理有利于提高护士职业满意度,调动工作积极性,合理利用人力资源.%Objective To explore the effect of dynamic post management on job satisfaction for emergency nurses.Methods We carried out dynamic post management in human resources and performance appraisal for emergency nurses,set up different post statements and dynamic post management programs,and allocated functional group reasonably,then strengthen the dynamic management personnel training and implemented performance appraisal program.The job satisfaction before and after dynamic post management for the 64 emergency nurses were compared.Results After dynamic post management,emergency nurses' total job satisfaction and the satisfaction for each dimension except "the opportunity to communicate in professional field or society" and "the praise or recognition of work" were significantly higher than those before dynamic post management (P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Application of dynamic post management in emergency department is benefit to improve nurses' job satisfaction,mobilize their work enthusiasm,and utilize human resources rationally.
