膳食血糖生成指数倾向问卷的编制及信效度检验

         

摘要

Objective To develop the dietary glycemic index (GI) preference questionnaire for type 2 diabetes patients and high risk population,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods A pilot study was conducted using a formal questionnaire in 300 subjects,then decision value method,discrete trend method and reliability analysis were utilized to screen items,and 26 items were selected and formed the final questionnaire.Another 420 type 2 diabetes patients and high risk population were chosen via convenience sampling,and investigated for final testing and reliability as well as validity testing.Results The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the final questionnaire was 0.777,the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were 0.755 to 0.777 for the five subscales,the test-retest reliability was 0.898.Discriminant validity of type 2 diabetes patients and high risk population was significantly different (P<0.01),criterion related validity with food frequency questionnaire (FFQ)was r=0.502 (P<0.01).Conclusion The development of dietary GI preference questionnaire is rigirous and scientific,the evaluation of the final questionnaire is objective,and it has good reliability and validity.It is suitable for status investigation and intervention guidance for type 2 diabetes patients and high risk population,in order to improve their eating habits and help them control blood sugar.%目的 编制2型糖尿病患者及高危人群膳食血糖生成指数倾向问卷并检验其信效度.方法 在300例研究对象中进行预试验测试,通过决断值法、离散趋势法及信度分析法进行条目筛选,确定26个条目的终版问卷.方便取样选取420例2型糖尿病患者及高危人群进行终版测试并检验其信效度.结果 终版问卷内部一致性信度Cronbach's α系数为0.777,5个类别的Cronbach's α系数为0.755~0.777,重测信度r=0.898;区分效度2型糖尿病患者与高危人群比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),食物频率问卷(FFQ)校标关联效度r=0.502(P<0.01).结论 膳食血糖生成指数倾向问卷开发过程严谨、科学,终版问卷测评方式客观,具有良好的信效度指标,可用于临床2型糖尿病患者与高危人群的现状调查与干预指导,改善其饮食习惯,帮助糖尿病患者控制血糖.
