目的 提高急诊患者输液效率和患者满意度.方法 将自愿选取常规流程行静脉输液的2 911例急诊患者归为固定组,将选取护士流动站行静脉输液的3 763例归为流动组.固定组患者到护士站静脉输液穿刺成功后自行返回病床休息;流动组自行设计流动护士站,由护士到患者床旁进行静脉输液.结果 流动组输液操作时间、输液外渗率显著少于固定组,患者满意度显著高于固定组(均P<0.01).结论 采用流动护士站为急诊患者静脉输液,可有效提高静脉输液效率及患者满意度.%Objective To improve work efficiency of intravenous (Ⅳ) infusion in emergency department and to enhance patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 2 911 patients were voluntarily subjected to routine Ⅳ infusion procedures in which they were asked to receive puncture in the nurse station and then go back to their bed for infusion.Their counterparts (n 3 763) received bedside puncture for Ⅳ infusion that was performed by nurses using the ambulatory nurse station.Results The ambulatory infusion group needed shorter time for performing Ⅳ infusion procedures,showed lower incidence of extravasation,and had higher patient satis faction than the routine group (P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The application of ambulatory nurse station for Ⅳ infusion in emer gency department can effectively improve work efficiency and patent satisfaction.
