复杂性视网膜脱离患者基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预

摘要

目的 探讨基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预在复杂性视网膜脱离患者中的应用效果.方法 将80例复杂性视网膜脱离患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上将Snyder希望理论贯穿于整个护理实践中.干预1个月采用Herth希望指数量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对两组患者进行评价.结果 干预后观察组希望水平显著高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论 基于Snyder希望理论的干预措施应用于复杂性视网膜脱离患者,可帮助患者提升希望水平,改善负性情绪.%Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions based on Snyder's theory of hope in patients with complex retinal detachment.Methods Eighty patients with complex retinal detachment were randomized into a control group and an intervention group of 40,receiving either routine care or nursing interventions formulated based on Snyder's theory of hope.The Herth Hope Index (HHI),Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),and Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the effect after 1 month of intervention.Results The intervention group had higher HHI score and lower SAS and SDS scores compared with the control group (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion Using Snyder's theory of hope in nursing practice can improve hope and relieve negative emotions in patients with complex retinal detachment.
