基于多学科联合管理体系的信息化危急值闭环管理

             

摘要

Objective To strengthen informationalized closed-loop management for clinical critical values,so as to shorten the treatment cycle of critical value and improve the efficiency and quality of the treatment of clinical critical value.Methods Informationalized closed-loop management of clinical critical value based on multidisciplinary cooperation was carried out,which included setting up closed-loop management system of critical values,optimizing functions of management system on critical values and strengthening the monitoring of critical value report.The delayed response of test results about critical value were recorded and compared between July to December in 2015 (before closed-loop management) and July to December in 2016(after closed-loop management).Results A total of 3 638 critical values were reported from July to December in 2015,and 245 of which was delayed response,totally 3 302 critical values were reported from July to December in 2016,and 43 of which was delayed response,there was significant difference in the incidence of delayed response of critical values before and after closed-loop management (P<0.01).Conclusion The informationalized closed-loop management for clinical critical value,could reduce the incidence of delayed response of critical values,and improve patient safety and nursing quality.%目的 加强临床危急值信息化闭环管理,以缩短危急值处置周期,提高临床危急值处置效率及质量.方法 对临床危急值进行多学科联合的信息化闭环管理,即建立危急值闭环管理系统,优化危急值管理系统功能,加强危急值报告监控.统计并比较2015年7~12月(闭环管理前)、2016年7~12月(闭环管理后)检验结果危急值延迟应答情况.结果 2015年7~12月危急值上报总数3 638例次,延迟应答245例次,2016年7~12月危急值上报总数3 302例次,延迟应答43例次,管理前后危急值应答延迟率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 对临床危急值进行信息化闭环管理,可降低危急值延迟应答率,提高患者安全与护理质量.
