不同培训方式对医务人员基础生命支持培训效果的影响

         

摘要

目的 探讨不同培训方式对医务人员基础生命支持培训的效果.方法 初训389人、复训148人用理论授课与示范练习相结合方式;初训491人、复训145人用集中授课结合边看视频边练习方式;复训154人用边看视频边练习方式.比较各种培训方式的有效性和对培训结果 的影响.结果 3种不同方式均可达到培训目的,以边看视频边练习方式为佳.结论 边看视频边练习用于基础生命支持初训和复训可提高培训效果.%Objective To study the effect of different training method on basic life support training for medical staff. Method 389 medical staff receive priliminary training and 148 receive re—training by theoretic teaching combined with demonstration and practice. 491 receive priliminary training and 145 receive re—training by concentration teaching combined with practice while watching. 154 receive re—training by practice while watching. Compare the effectiveness of all methods and effect on training objective. Result All three methods can achieve the training objective, in which practice while watching is a better way. Conclusion practice while watching applied in basic life support primary training and re—training can improve the training effect.
