肿瘤医院护士工作压力和满意度与评判性思维能力的相关分析

摘要

目的 研究肿瘤医院护士工作压力和工作满意度与评判性思维能力的相关性.方法 采用中国护士压力源量表、护士工作满意度问卷和评判性思维能力测量表对563名肿瘤医院护士进行调查,并进行相关分析.结果 563名肿瘤专科护士的评判性思维能力总分和7个维度得分随着其工作压力增加、工作满意度得分减少而减少.结论 工作压力及工作满意度影响肿瘤专科护士的评判性思维能力.%Objective To study the correlation between work pressure and satisfaction with critical thinking skills for nurses of cancer hospitals. Method Investigate 563 nurses from cancer hospitals by pressure source scale for Chinese nurses, job satisfaction questionnaire and critical thinking skill scale and make analysis. Result The more work pressure and less satisfaction score 563 nurses from cancer hospitals get, the lower total scores of critical thinking skill and 7 dimensions they have. Conclusion Work pressure and satisfaction have effect on critical thinking skills for nurses of cancer hospitals.
