温州市在校护生心理健康与生活事件和人格特征的相关分析

         

摘要

Objective To study the correlation between mental health and life events or personality for nursing students from school. Method Assess and analyze 690 nursing students from school by Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check List (ASLEC) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Result The total score of SCL-90 and scores of compulsion, depression, anxiety, fear and psychosis for nursing students from school are all higher than domestic norm (P<0. 001). The score of punishment is the highest in factors of life events. The score of nervousness is the highest in factors of personality. There is correlation between factors of life events and mental health. There is correlation between factors of personality and mental health, expect factors of internal and external, somatization and hostile. Conclusion Nursing students from school have mental problem which are related to life events and personality.%目的 探讨在校护生心理健康与生活事件和人格特征的相关性.方法 采用症状自评量表、青少年生活事件量表和艾森克人格问卷对690名在校护生进行测评分析.结果 在校护生症状自评量表的总分及强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分均显著高于国内常模(P<0.001);生活事件各因子中受惩罚因子评分最高;人格特征各因子中神经质因子评分最高;生活事件各因子与心理健康均呈显著相关,人格特征各因子与心理健康均呈显著相关(除内外向因子与躯体化、敌对外).结论 在校护生存在心理健康问题,与生活事件、人格特征相关.
