理查兹一坎贝尔睡眠量表护患一致性评价研究

摘要

目的 验证患者及护士分别使用理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表测评睡眠质量的一致性.方法 对186例ICU患者采用理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表分别由护士对患者和患者对自身进行睡眠质量的评价,采用Bland-Altman plot图法比较一致性.结果 186例患者睡眠质量总体评价,护士评分为(58.2±19.6),患者自评为(56.6±22.8),t=-0.756,P=0.316,各维度均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表评估护患一致性较高,可由护士代替患者进行评分.%Objective To verify the consistency between nurses and patients to evaluate sleeping quality by RichardsCampbell Sleep Questionnaire.Method Evaluate 186 ICU patients on sleeping quality using Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire by nursesand themselves.Compare the consistency by Bland-Altman plot chart.Result Score from nurses is (58.2±19.6) and score from patients is (56.6±22.8) on 186 patients' sleeping quality,t=-0.756,P=0.316.There is no significant difference on each item (P＞0.05).Conclusion Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire has high consistency between nurses and patients.Nurses can represent patients to evaluate their sleeping quality.
