广州市2所三级甲等医院临床护理带教老师关于本科教育开设《成人护理》的态度调查

     

摘要

目的 了解临床护理带教老师对本科教育开设<成人护理>课程的态度及意见.方法 采取方便取样法,使用自行设计问卷对广州中医药大学附属第一医院和广东省中医院的临床护理带教老师就本科教育开设<成人护理>课程的态度进行调查.结果 共调查95名临床护理带教老师,对开设<成人护理>的态度总分为(3.10±0.38)分,属于比较支持水平;"可以将知识纵横联系及整合"和"使临床护理课程构成了综合性、科学性较强的有机整体"得分最高,为非常同意水平;"教师不会面对较大挑战"得分最低,为非常不同意水平.工龄与态度总分呈弱负相关(r=-0.22,P=0.03),不同工作医院、科室、学历、职称、职务的临床护理带教老师态度总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 临床护理带教老师对本科教育开设<成人护理>持较支持态度,认为该课程可以整合护理临床课程,突出专业特色,但是首先应进行师资培养,同时应处理好课程设置与临床科室设置不一致带来的见习与实习问题.%Objectives To understand clinical nursing teacher' attitude toward and opinions of setting A dult Nursing in undergraduate nursing. Methods With convenient sampling, a self-designed questionnaire was applied among clinical nursing teachers for their altitudes toward setting A dult Nursing, in undergraduate nursing. Results Ninety-five teachers participated in the investigation. The total seore of attitude toward the seuhng was 3.10±0.38, which suggested a relative high support rating. "The integration of clinical nursing knowledge" and "optimization of clinical nursing curriculum" were the two items scored higher than the other 11, while "less challenge to the teacher" was the hem scored lowest. There was lightly negative relationship between teachers' length of work and the score of attitude (r=-0.22, P=O.03), while other factors such as different departments, hospitals, educational background didn't make statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing teachers in general hold supportive attitude toward setting Adult Nursing in undergraduate nursing for its integration of clinical nursing knowledge. Qualified leacher for this course, however, is an urgent problem.
