护理志愿者参与型模式在社区2型糖尿病患者健康教育中应用的效果研究

     

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of health education with the participation of care volunteers on patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 106 diabetic patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in control group received traditional diabetes health education in community health center while in observation group, a health education model involved care volunteers and home service was adopted. And a comparison was conducted about patients ' diabetic knowledge and glycemic control six months later. Results Patients in two groups indicated improvement in the aspect of diabetic knowledge while there was more improvement in observation group (P<0.01) and there were better glycemic control in observation group (P<0.01). Conclusion The health education with the participation of care volunteers performs better regarding to diabetes knowledge and control of blood glucose metabolism.%目的 探讨护理志愿者参与型健康教育模式在社区2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 将已建立糖尿病健康档案,符合入选条件的106例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组接受社区传统的糖尿病健康教育,观察组在传统宣教方式基础上采用护理志愿者参与型上门服务的健康教育模式,比较两组患者糖尿病知识水平及血糖控制情况.结果 健康教育6个月时,两组患者糖尿病知识水平均有所提高,但观察组评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平均有所下降,但观察组血糖水平下降幅度比对照组更显著,血糖控制较对照组好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 护理志愿者参与型健康教育模式能明显提高患者的糖尿病知识水平,血糖代谢指标的控制明显优于传统的糖尿病健康教育模式.
