目的：了解江苏省中医院护士中医护理知信行水平现状及相关影响因素，为提高中医护理水平提供依据。方法应用护士基本资料、中医护理知信行问卷，采用分层便利抽样调查江苏省14家中医院785名在职注册护士，对结果进行描述性统计、相关分析、单因素分析和多元线性逐步回归分析。结果本组中医院护士中医护理知识（17.8±2.4）分、中医护理态度（14.8±2.9）分，均处于中上水平，中医护理行为（12.8±3.5）分，得分偏低。中医护理知识与态度呈明显正相关（r=0.159，P＜0.01），与行为呈正相关（r=0.081，P＜0.05），中医护理态度与行为呈明显正相关（r=0.155，P＜0.01）。多元逐步回归分析显示年龄是影响中医护理知识的因素。结论中医院护士对中医护理态度积极，但知识水平有待提升，中医技能运用不足，通过临床实践和中医护理教育可增加中医护理知识，改善中医护理态度，进而影响中医护理行为。%Objective To investigate the current status of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing of nurses in TCM hospitals and to analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide suggestions on how to improve TCM nursing. Methods With convenient sampling, totally 785 registered nurses were surveyed by a general information questionnaire and KAP of TCM scale and the results were analyzed with descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, single factor analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression. Results The score of TCM nursing knowledge and attitude was 17.8 ±2.4 and 14.8 ±2.9 respectively, which indicated nurses’ TCM knowledge or attitude were at a middle or upper level, but the score of TCM nursing behavior was low. The knowledge of TCM nursing was significantly positively correlated with attitude (r=0.159, P<0.01), and positively correlated with behavior (r=0.081, P<0.05).The attitude and behavior of TCM nursing were significantly positively correlated (r=0.155, P<0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age was the main factor influencing TCM nursing knowledge. Conclusion Nurses in TCM hospitals hold a positive attitude toward TCM nursing, but their knowledge and skills need to be improved. Through clinical practice and nursing education, TCM nursing knowledge and attitude could be improved and then affect TCM nursing behavior.
