Objective To explore the effect of artery-vein impulse pump on non-traumatic upper limb microcirculatory disturbance of critically ill patients. Methods Sixty patients with non-traumatic upper limb microcirculatory disturbance were divided into control group in which patients’ upper limb were elevated, and experimental group in which the therapy of artery-vein impulse pump were added. The swelling of the hands and range of motion (ROM) of metacarpophalangeal joints (MP joints) were recorded. Results The effect in experimental group was much better than that in control group and more significant after two-week treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Vein-artery impulse pump can improve the upper limb microcirculatory disturbance significantly.%目的:观察动静脉脉冲泵(artery vein impulse pump,A-V脉冲泵)对危重患者上肢静脉回流障碍作用及手功能的影响。方法将60例ICU非创伤性手肿胀患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规抬高患肢方法消肿,观察组采用A-V脉冲泵治疗。治疗前后对2组患者患手的肿胀程度以及掌指关节活动度进行评定与比较。结果治疗后第7天及第14天,2组患者患手肿胀程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者患手掌指关节活动度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患手肿胀程度恢复和患手掌指关节活动度均较对照组好,且观察组较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05),对照组好转不明显(P>0.05)。结论 A-V脉冲泵能显著改善危重患者手肿胀和手掌指关节活动度。
