经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞肝癌患者癌性疲乏影响因素分析

摘要

目的：探究经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞肝癌患者癌性疲乏的影响因素。方法采用癌性疲乏量表（Cancer Fatigue Scale, CFS）和希望水平量表（Herth Hope Inder,HHI）对124例经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞的肝癌患者癌性疲乏和希望水平进行调查，并分析影响癌性疲乏的主要因素。结果经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞的肝癌患者癌性疲乏总分为（32.79±6.65）分，各维度得分从高到低依次为：躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏。文化程度、家庭经济压力、医疗费用来源、希望水平4个因素进入线性回归方程，影响作用的大小依次是希望水平、家庭经济压力、文化程度、医疗费用来源。结论希望水平、家庭经济压力、文化程度、医疗费用来源是经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞肝癌患者癌性疲乏的主要影响因素。%Objective To analyze the influence factors of cancer related fatigue in liver cancer patients who treated with TACE (transcatheter arterial chemoembolization). Methods Totally 124 liver cancer patients who treated with TACE were surveyed by CFS (Cancer Fatigue Scale) and HHI (Herth Hope Index) and the influence factors of cancer related fatigue were analyze. Results The total score of cancer related fatigue in liver cancer patients who treated with TACE was (32.79 ±6.65).The dimensions with scores from high to low were body fatigue, emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue. Four factors entered into linear regression, including hope, family income, educational background and source of medical cost. Hope exerted most influence on cancer fatigue, followed by family economic pressure, educational background and source of medical cost. Conclusion Hope, family income, educational background and source of medical cost are the major factors impacting cancer related fatigue of liver cancer patients who treated with TACE.
