患者参与护理人员手卫生安全管理认知与现状调查

摘要

Objective To understand the cognition and current status of patient-involved nursing staff ’ hand hygiene and its safety management, and to provide basis for the formulation of safety management measures of patient-involved hand hygiene. Methods With convenience sampling, a total of 210 hospitalized patients in Sichuan Cancer Hospital were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. ResuIts The cognitive level of the average score of patients participating in hand hygiene safety management was 4.36±0.76; from the comparison of participation, support, nurse encouragement , the average scores were calculated as follows:participation 1.88±0.20, support 4.38±0.25,nurse encouragement 1.92±0.15. ConcIusion The level of patients’ cognition of participation in hand hygiene safety management of nursing staff is slightly higher than the average. Most patients show supportive attitudes to participate in the management of hand hygiene, but the actual participation in nursing staff encouragement is not sufficient.Medical staff should actively publicize hand hygiene, encourage patients to participate in the supervision of the medical staff hand hygiene, and eliminate patients and nursing staff psychological burden.%目的：了解患者参与护理人员手卫生安全管理认知及现状，为医疗机构保障患者参与手卫生安全措施提供依据。方法自行设计患者参与护理人员手卫生安全管理调查问卷，对四川省某三级甲等医院210例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果患者参与护理人员手卫生安全管理认知水平得分为（4.36±0.76）分；患者对护理人员手卫生安全管理现实参与程度得分为（1.88±0.20）分，支持程度得分为（4.38±0.25）分，护理人员鼓励患者参与手卫生安全管理监督行为得分为（1.92±0.15）分。结论患者对参与护理人员手卫生安全管理认知稍高于中等水平，大部分患者对参与手卫生管理抱支持态度，但患者的现实参与程度不足，护理人员鼓励患者参与手卫生安全管理力度不够。护理人员应积极开展手卫生宣传活动，鼓励患者参与医护人员手卫生监督，消除患者参与监督、护理人员鼓励监督的心理负担。
