100例心律转复除颤器植入患者放电焦虑的影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of shock anxiety in patients with implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD). Methods A total of 100 patients with ICD were investigated with the Florida Shock Anxiety Scale. ResuIts The mean score of Florida Shock Anxiety Scale was 22.10±7.15, and the highest score was from the item of “don’t want to start the function of shock” 3.57 ±1.39; multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender and type of ICD implantation were the influence factors of shock anxiety in patients with ICD (R2=0.129, F=8.361, P<0.001). ConcIusion This study shows the shock anxiety level in Chinese patients with ICD is higher than that of Hong Kong study population, but lower than that of study population abroad. Individualized interventions should be designed and provided for them.%目的：了解我国植入型心律转复除颤器（implantable cardioverter- defibrillator，ICD）患者放电焦虑现状，并进行影响因素分析。方法采用便利抽样的方法，于2014年4月—2015年3月调查100例 ICD患者，使用放电焦虑量表（the Florida Shock Anxiety Scale，FSAS）测量患者的放电焦虑水平。结果本研究中ICD患者放电焦虑量表平均得分为（22.10±7.15）分，条目9“不希望电击功能启动的想法”得分最高为（3.57±1.39）分；多元线性回归分析结果提示，性别、ICD植入类型是患者放电焦虑的影响因素（R2=0.129，F=8.361，P＜0.001）。结论本研究ICD患者放电焦虑水平高于香港研究人群，低于国外研究人群，不同性别、不同ICD植入类型患者的放电焦虑水平不同，应针对患者的具体情况进行干预。
