基于EBP理念的护理教学方法文献参考价值评价指标体系构建

         

摘要

目的 在循证实践理念指导下, 研制一个有助于教师评价护理教学方法相关文献参考价值的简便评价工具, 为教师教学方法的选择提供帮助.方法 在文献分析、小组访谈及小组讨论的基础上初步拟定评价指标体系, 应用Delphi法对30名专家进行两轮咨询, 应用层次分析法确定权重系数, 形成评价指标体系.结果 两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100.00%, 专家的权威系数均大于0.70, 平均值为0.86, 专家意见一致性检验全部通过 (CR<0.10) .制订的评价指标体系包含4个一级指标, 9个二级指标.结论 护理教学方法文献参考价值评价指标体系对文献的评价形成量化结果, 为客观地进行护理教学方法选择提供了工具.%Objective To develop a simple and scientific system for evaluating the reference value of nursing teaching methods based on Evidence-based Teaching (EBT), so as to provide references for teachers to select the teaching method.Methods The indicators were formulated through literature analysis, group interview and group discussions, and two rounds of Delphi consultation among 30 experts.The weight coefficient was formulated by analytic hierarchy process.Results Two rounds questionnaires were 100.00% recovered.The expert's authority coefficients were higher than 0.70, the average value was 0.86, and the consistency test passed (CR<0.10).The evaluation index system comprised 4 first-level indicators and 9 second-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation system of the teaching strategies literature can measure the reference value, provide a tool for making an objective choice of teaching methods of nursing.
