新护士感知护士长诚信领导与医院安全氛围对其安全态度的影响

     

摘要

目的 了解新护士感知护士长诚信领导、医院安全氛围对其安全态度的影响, 为营造医院护理安全氛围提供理论依据.方法 采用一般资料调查表、诚信领导量表、医院安全氛围测评量表、安全态度量表对396名新护士进行问卷调查.结果 新护士感知护士长诚信领导评分为 (42.87±8.02) 分;医院安全氛围评分为 (79.98±13.24) 分;新护士安全态度评分为 (118.04±19.21) 分;护士长诚信领导总分及各维度评分均与新入职护士安全态度评分呈正相关 (P<0.01), 医院安全氛围总分和各维度评分均与新入职护士安全态度评分呈负相关 (P<0.01);其中学历、诚信领导、医院安全氛围是新护士安全态度的主要影响因素.结论 提高护士长的诚信领导、营造良好的医院安全氛围可提高新护士安全态度.%Objective To investigate the influence of new nurses' perceived head nurses' authentic leadership behavior and hospital safety climate on their safety attitude, and to provide theoretical basis for the construction of hospital nursing safety culture.Methods Totally, 396 new nurses were surveyed by general information questionnaire, authentic leadership scale, hospital safety climate evaluation scale and safety attitude scale.Results New nurses' perceived head nurses' authentic leadership scored (42.87±8.02), hospital safety climate scored (79.98±13.24), and the safety attitude score of new nurses was (118.04±19.21).The total score of the head nurses' authentic leadership behavior and each dimension score were positively correlated with the safety attitude score of new nurses (P<0.01), while the total score of the hospital's safety atmosphere and each dimension score were negatively correlated with the safety attitude score (P<0.01).Education, authentic leadership behavior and hospital safety climate were the main factors influencing new nurses' safety attitude.Conclusion The new nurses' safety attitude can be improved by improving the head nurse's authentic leadership behavior and creating a good hospital safety climate.
