脑瘫患儿父母亲职压力影响因素及干预措施的研究进展

摘要

文章综述了脑瘫患儿父母亲职压力的理论模型、测量工具和研究现状, 从儿童、父母、社会3方面介绍了影响脑瘫患儿父母亲职压力的相关因素, 并提出相应的干预措施, 包括矫正患儿不良情绪和行为;减轻患儿父母的亲职压力;加强社会支持力度.%The paper reviewed the theoretical models, measuring tools and research status of parenting stress in parents of children with cerebral palsy, introduced the related factors affecting the parenting stress in parents of children with carebral palsy from children, parents and society.Proposed corresponding interventions, including correcting adverse emotions and behaviors of children, relieving the parental pressure of parents and strengthening social support according to the related factors.
