创伤性脑损伤患者肠屏障功能研究现状

摘要

文章归纳了肠屏障的组成和创伤性脑损伤后肠黏膜结构的病理改变等关键问题.指出了肠黏膜缺血缺氧和缺血再灌注、炎症介质、内毒素、饥饿和营养不良是创伤性脑损伤肠屏障功能障碍的原因,并综述了肠内营养对其保护作用的主要研究进展.%This article summarized the key issues of the composition of the intestinal barrier and pathological changes of intestinal mucosa structure after traumatic brain injury. It pointed out that the main causes of intestinal barrier dysfunction with traumatic brain injury included intestinal mucosal ischemia and hy-poxia, ischemia - reperfusion, inflammatory mediators, endotoxin, hunger or malnutrition. It overviewed the protective effect of enteral nutrition on intestinal barrier after traumatic brain injury.
