Objective To improve the quality of clinical teaching so as to train qualified nurses. Methods From January 2007 to December 2008, the implementation of the control group with conventional clinical teaching. From January 2009 to December 2010,the experimental group carried out the standardized management of clinical nursing practice, including establishing a sound level - management system for clinical practice, strengthening organizational management, teacher selection and teacher training, implementing standardized management of clinical teaching and effect evaluation, and improving incentive mechanisms. Results The scores of graduate comprehensive skills and satisfaction degree of expermental nursing students to clinical practice was higher than control group ( P <0.01). The emloyers had recognition and praise on the nursing students. Conclusion Implementation of the standardized management system for clinical nursing practice can improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching and provide the references for the training of qualified nurses.%目的 提高护理临床实习教学质量,培养合格的护理人才.方法 2007年1月至2008年12月的对照组实施常规的临床带教法.2009年1月至2010年12月的实验组开展护理临床实习规范化管理,建立健全临床实习层级管理制度和加强组织管理,注重对带教老师的选拔和培训,实施临床带教的规范化管理,开展对临床实习效果评价,完善临床实习奖惩机制.结果 实验组护生毕业综合技能考核成绩以及对临床实习教学的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),毕业生受到用人单位的认可和好评.结论 开展护理临床实习规范化管理提高了护理临床实习教学质量,为培养合格护理人才提供了依据.
