情景教学法在内科护理学实践教学中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of scenario simulation teaching applied in experimental teaching of medical nursing. Methods A total of 206 nursing students in grade 3 were assigned to two groups,the control group (n = 102 ) and the intervention group (n = 104 ). The control group received experimental teaching by the traditional method,while the intervention group adopted scenario simulation teaching integrated with SimMan general simulate model.The course of experimental teaching was student- centered. The specific measures included creating language scene, problem scene, and simulating clinical scene. Results The scores of theoretical tests and skill tests of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0.01 ). The satisfaction of the intervention group to the application of SimMan general simulate model was 99.07%. Conclusion The applieation of scenario simulation teaching in experimental teaching of medical nursing is beneficial to improve students' knowledge, abilities and qualities and achieve zero - distance contact of classroom teaching and clinical practice.%目的 探讨情景教学法在内科护理学实践教学中的应用效果.方法 选择2009级3年制护理专业4个班206名护生,分为两组,对照组102名采用传统实验教学法进行教学,实验组104名采用情景教学法与SimMan综合模拟人教学相结合的方法,建立以护生为主体的课堂实践教学格局,即创设语言情景、问题情景及临床模拟情景等.结果 实验组护生的理论成绩与实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).实验组护生对采用SimMan高仿真综合模拟人进行模拟教学的满意度达99.07%.结论 运用情景教学法进行内科护理学实践教学有利于提高护生知识、能力、素质的综合培养,实现了课堂教学与临床实践的零距离接触.
