目的 探索护理院潜在服务对象对护理院入住需求及其影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的护理院需求调查表,采用便利抽样的方法 对188例患者进行问卷调查.结果 188例研究对象中,179例患有慢性病,占95.21%;70例存在各类健康问题,占37.23%;97例生活不能完全自理,占51.60%.目前,即有护理院入住需求的有36例,占19.15%.回归结果提示自理能力对护理院的需求有影响.结论 自理能力是影响护理院可能服务对象选择护理院的主要因素,随着生活不能完全自理人数的增长,提供医疗护理与生活照顾为一体的护理院的需求必然增加.%Objective To discuss the potential clients'demands and influential factors of nursing home. Method A total of 188 cases of potential clients were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about nursing home demands. Results Among the 188 participants, 179 ( 95.21％ ) cases had chronic diseases;70( 37.23％ ) cases had health problems;97(51.60％ ) cases had problems in self- care ;36( 19.15％ ) cases needed nursing home services. Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of self - care ability was the influential factor of their demands of nursing home. Conclusion Self - care ability is the main factor which has a potential impact on the demands of nursing home. With the increasing population of patients who has problems in self- care,the needs of providing integrated medical nursing and life care in nursing home must increase.
