产科术后镇痛规范化管理的做法与体会

摘要

Objective To explore the methods and effects of the standardized management for postoperative analgesia in obstetrical department.Methods A toal of 190 patients from January to December 2009 were chosen as the experimental group which recieved standardized analgesia management,including formulating postoperative analgesia observation table, establishing postoperative analgesia management groups and applying observation table to manage analgesia. And 180 patients from January to December 2007 were chosen as the control group. Results The effect of analgesia and the satisfaction of the experimental group were both higher than the control group significantly ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion Standardized management of postoperative analgesia in obstetrical department can achieve good effects, increase patient satisfaction and ensure the safety of patients through the perioperative period.%目的 探讨产科术后镇痛规范化管理的方法与效果.方法 2009年1月至12月的190例患者作为实验组,接受规范化镇痛管理.包括制订术后镇痛观察表,成立术后镇痛管理小组,应用观察表进行疼痛管理.与2007年1月至12月的180例患者进行对照比较.结果 实验组的术后镇痛效果及患者对术后镇痛的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01).结论 产科术后镇痛的规范化管理可取得良好的镇痛效果,提高患者的满意度,使患者轻松安全度过围手术期.
