Objective To explore how to create safety culture in operating rooms and evaluate the effects.Methods Safety culture was applied in the safety management of operating rooms.Prevention awareness was improved by strengthening safety education ,formulating effective preventive measures according to the common risk factors,setting up an active reporting system for nursing errors and enhancing the communication with patients and other people participating in operations.Results The incidence of nursing errors and defects was reduced and the degree of satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing work was increased (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05 ).Conclusion Applying safety culture in operating rooms can improve the safety awareness and ability of nurse, reduce the incidence of nursing errors and ensure the quality of nursing.%目的 探讨安全文化在手术室安全管理中应用的方法与效果.方法 将安全文化应用到手术室安全管理中,加强安全教育、强化安全观念;针对手术室常见风险因素,制订有效的防范措施;建立护理差错主动报告制度;加强与合作者及病人的交流沟通等措施,提高护士的防范意识和能力.结果 护理差错及缺陷的发生率降低,医生及病人对护理工作的满意度提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 将安全文化视为一种管理思路应用到手术室护理管理中,可以提高护理人员的安全意识和防范风险的能力,降低手术室护理缺陷,保证手术护理质量.
