Objective To explore the effects of health education with Diabetes Figure Dialogue Tool on blood glucose control and Beif - care behavior of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods In 2011,40 patients from March to May were chosen as the control group and 40 patients from June to August were chosen as the experimental group. All patients received routine diabetes health education. Additionally the experimental group received health interaction education based on Diabetes Figure Dialogue Tool. The blood glucose control status and self- care behavior were compared between the two groups. Results The glycemic indexes and the self - care behavior of the experimental group were better than the control group ( P < 0. 01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying Diabetes Figure Dialogue Tool in health education for type 2 diabetic patients can improve their self - care behavior,and effectively promote their blood glucose control.%目的 探讨“糖尿病看图对话”工具对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和自护行为的影响.方法 分别将2011年6月至8月和2011年3月至5月住院的2型糖尿病患者各40例分为实验组和对照组,两组均采用糖尿病常规健康教育,实验组在此基础上由健康教育者利用“糖尿病看图对话”工具进行互动式健康教育.采用非同期临床对照研究的方法,比较教育前后两组患者的血糖控制情况和自护行为.结果 实施健康教育后实验组的部分血糖指标和自护水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 应用“糖尿病看图对话”工具开展2型糖尿病患者的健康教育,能促进其自护水平的提高,从而有效控制血糖.
