护士血源性病原体职业暴露危险因素及防护的研究进展

摘要

文章介绍了护士血源性病原体职业暴露发生率；缺乏自我防护意识、操作缺乏保护性措施、护士操作行为不正规等是血源性职业暴露的危险因素；从强化职业防护意识,健全医院规章制度,严格医疗废弃物管理,落实标准防护措施,建立护士电子健康管理档案等方面提出了防护措施.%This article introduced the incidence of nurses' occupational exposure to bloodbome pathogens,concluded the risk factors of occupational exposure to bloodbome pathogens such as lack of self-protection awareness,unprotected operation,informal operational behaviors of nurses,and put forward protective measures in terms of strengthening occupational protection awareness,perfecting hosptial rules and regulations,managing medical wastes strictly and implementing standard precautions.
