路径式综合护理干预在门诊痛风患者中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention based on Clinical Nursing Pathway (CNP) on gout outpatients.Methods A total of 160 gout outpatients were recruited and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group (n =80) were treated with routine outpatient care,while the experimental group were provided with regular comprehensive nursing intervention based on CNP.Then the interventional effects of two groups were compared.Results After the application of comprehensive nursing intervention path,significant differences were found between the two groups in aspects of knowledge of gout,clinical signs and symptoms and physiological indices of the patients and patients satisfaction (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The appilication of comprehensive nursing intervention based on CNP can improve the patients'knowledge of gout and their satisfaction.%目的 探讨应用临床护理路径对门诊痛风患者实施定期综合护理干预的效果.方法 选取2010年1月至12月在门诊就诊的160例痛风患者,按随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组各80例.对照组采用传统的门诊常规护理,干预组采用临床护理路径对患者进行定期综合护理干预,比较两组干预的效果.结果 路径式综合护理干预后,干预组在痛风相关知识知晓率、临床症状及生理指标和对护理工作满意度等方面与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 应用临床护理路径对门诊痛风患者实施定期综合护理干预,能提高患者痛风相关知识的认知水平和患者满意度.
