炎症性肠病患者生活质量及影响因素调查

摘要

目的 调查炎症性肠病患者的生活质量,分析其影响因素.方法 采用炎症性肠病生活质量量表、社会支持评定量表、慢性病自我效能问卷对102例炎症性肠病患者进行调查.结果 炎症性肠病患者生活质量及各维度均有明显受损;疾病严重程度、自我效能、年龄和疾病活动程度是炎症性肠病患者生活质量的主要影响因素(P＜0.01).结论 炎症性肠病患者生活质量有不同程度的受损,应针对影响生活质量的相关因素给予护理干预,从而提高其生活质量.%Objective To investigate the status of quality of life (QOL) in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) and analysis its influecing factors. Methods A total of 102 IBD patients were recruited and investigated by Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire (IBDQ) .Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Self - efficacy scale. Results The QOL and each dimension of IBD patients were all obviously impaired. The main influencing factors of patients' QOL were disease severitys, self - efficacy, age and activity level of disease ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The QOL of IBD patients is impaired in varying degrees, pertinent nursing interventions should be carried out based on factors affecting QOL so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
