The paper focused on the origin,development and implement modes of peer education,the application effect in colorectal cancer patients and the selection and training of peer educators,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving patients' quality of life and reducing their psychological burden.%文章对同伴教育的起源与发展、实施模式、在结直肠癌造口患者健康教育中的应用效果以及同伴教育者的选择与培训进行阐述,为提高该人群的生活质量、减轻其心理负担提供科学依据.
