医院社区一体化延续护理对骨科出院患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨医院社区一体化延续护理在提高骨科出院患者生活质量中的效果.方法 选取骨科患者121例,根据所在病区分为干预组60例和对照组61例,对照组实施常规出院护理,干预组实施6个月的医院社区一体化延续护理.结果 出院时,两组患者SF-36健康调查量表各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预1个月后,干预组患者总体健康、心理健康、躯体疼痛、活力维度得分均高于对照组;干预后3个月和6个月,除情感职能外,干预组患者其他维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 医院社区一体化延续护理能够综合医院及社区的优势,可有效促进骨科出院患者康复,并有利于改善其生活质量.%Objective To investigate the effect of hospital and community integrated transitional care on the quality of life in orthopedic discharged patients.Methods A total of 121 orthopedic patients were selected,and divided into intervention group (n =60) and control group (n =61).Control group was given routine discharged care.Intervention group received 6 months hospital and community integrated transitional care.Results There was no statistically significant difference between two groups regarding the scores of SF-36 before discharged (P ＞ 0.05).After 1 month,general health,mental health,bodily pain,viability scores of intervention group were higher than those of control group.At 3 and 6 month,except for the dimension of role emotional,the scores of other dimensions of SF-36 of intervention group were higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The hospital and community integrated transitional care brings together the advantages of hospitals and community,and could improve the quality of life for orthopedic discharged patients.
