颅内肿瘤住院患者营养风险状况及其影响因素的研究

         

摘要

目的 调查颅内肿瘤住院患者的营养风险状况,并探讨其风险因素.方法 应用一般资料调查表、营养不良评定标准、营养风险筛查评分表、抑郁自评量表对128例颅内肿瘤住院患者进行调查.结果 128例颅内肿瘤住院患者营养风险得分为(3.93±1.58)分,具有营养风险者占33.59%.Logistic多元线性回归显示,体质指数和血清白蛋白、抑郁程度是影响患者营养风险的主要因素.结论 医护人员应重视评估颅内肿瘤患者的营养风险,以便及早发现并预防营养风险的发生,给予颅内肿瘤患者及时、规范、合理的营养支持.%Objective To investigate the nutritional risk status and its influencing factors of intracranial tumor inpatients.Methods The general condition questionnaire,malnutrition diagnosis standard,Nutritional Risk Screening Table and Self-Rating Depression Scale were conducted in 128 cases of intracranial tumor inpatients.Results The average score of nutritional risk screening table was (3.93 ± 1.58),about 33.59% had nutritional risk.Logistic multivariate linear regression analysis showed that body mass index(BMI),serum albumin value and the depression statue were the major influencing factors of nutritional risk.Conclusion The medical staff should pay attention to evaluate the nutritional risk of intracranial tumor inpatients,which aimed to discover and prevent the nutritional risk early.On the basis of that,intracranial tumor inpatients can receive timely,standardized and reasonable nutritional support.
