肠造口护理质量评价指标构建的初步研究

摘要

目的 构建科学、客观、全面的综合医院肠造口护理质量评价指标,为有效开展专科护理质量评价提供客观依据.方法 通过文献资料分析法、专家访谈及Delphi专家咨询,借鉴Donabedian提出的"结构-过程-结果"理论构建综合医院肠造口护理质量评价指标.结果 两轮专家的权威程度分别为0.853和0.869;两轮咨询的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.213和0.220,最终确定了包含结构质量、过程质量和结果质量的3个一级指标、8个二级指标和41个三级指标的肠造口护理质量评价指标.结论 以三维质量理论构建的肠造口护理质量评价指标,为临床肠造口护理质量评价提供参考依据,有利于精细化护理管理的实现.%Objective To establish a scientific,objective and comprehensive nursing quality assessment indicators of enterostomy in general hospital,and set an objective basis for specialized nursing quality assessment.Methods Based on extensive literature review,expert interviews and Delphi expert consuition,the indicators of enterostomy nursing quality were initially established with the structure-process-out-come theory proposed by Donabedian.Results The level of authority degree of the two rounds of expert participation were 0.853 and 0.869, the Kendall coefficient of consulting were 0.213 and 0.220 respectively.The indicators included 3 first-level items,8 second-level items and 41 third-level items.Conclusion The indicators of enterostomy nursing quality which were established by structure-process-outcome theory can be regard as a reference for nursing management in medical department.It is beneficial for nursing management.
