目的 探讨腹腔镜腹膜透析置管术在日间手术快速流程的安全性、可行性.方法 比较2011年3～7月我院51例日间腹腔镜腹膜透析置管术患者与50例住院的传统腹膜透析置管术患者,对两组病人的住院费、平均住院日、术后并发症进行统计分析.结果 两组病人在住院费、平均住院日、术后并发症等方面比较差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜腹膜透析置管人术开展日间手术可以显著缩短患者住院时间,减少患者痛苦.%Objective To investigate the possibility of the laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheter technique during day surgery. Method 51 patients undergone laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheter from Mar to Jul. 2011 in West China Hospital of Sichuan University and 50 patients with concurrent open peritoneal dialysis catheter were selected in the study. The total hospitahzation cost, average hospital stay and postoperative complications of 2 groups were compared. Result There were significant difference in total hospitalization cost, average hospital stay and postoperative complication between the two groups. (P<0. 05). Conclusion The patient's time for stay in hospital could be markedly shortened by the laparoscopic peritoneal dialysis catheter technique and day time surgery. The pain of patients and family can be reduced.
