临床护士预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤知信行现状与影响因素分析

摘要

目的 了解临床护士预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤的知识、态度、行为现状并探讨其影响因素,为针对性制定预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤培训项目提供科学依据.方法 采用自行设计问卷,运用方便抽样法对浙江省不同地区2所三级乙等综合性医院的1026名临床护士进行横断面调查,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析,描述一般资料,预防知识、态度、行为得分及正确率,分析其影响因素.结果 临床护士预防"医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤"知识、态度、行为总分为(70.73±5.95)分,处于中等水平;不同年龄、学历、工作年限、职称、职务、工作科室的护士,在预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤知识方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床护士预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤知信行水平亟待加强,护理管理者应建立和完善护士预防医用黏胶相关性皮肤损伤培训体系,强化临床护士的预防知识和预防行为.%Objective To study the current status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of clinical nurse's prevention of medical adhesive-related skin injury(MARSI).Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to cross-sectional studied 1026 clinical nurses from two class Ⅲ grade B hospitals in different areas of zhejiang province.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis, describing general information, score and accuracy of preventing knowledge, attitude, behavior, and analyzing of influencing factors.Results The overall average score of prevention KAP of MARSI among clinical nurses was 70.73±5.95,which was at the medium level.The knowledge with different age ,educational background, seniority, title, duty and work department showed statistical significance respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention KAP of medical adhesive-related skin injury of clinical nurses are insufficient.The training of prevention knowledge and practice for clinical nurses should be strengthened to increase their knowledge and improve their practice.
