玉米芯和菜籽粕混合物替代苜蓿草粉饲喂肉兔的效果

     

摘要

[Objective] Effects of replacing alfalfa hay meal with mixture of corn cob and rapeseed at different levels on rabbits were studied to select optimal amounts.[Method] A total of 120 French IRA rabbits at the age of 35 days with same background were randomly divided to 4 groups based on body weight ((1 328.36±51.66) g) after 7 days adaption period.Group A (control group) was fed on soybeanalfalfa meal based diet,while groups B,C and D were fed on experimental diets containing 80,160 and 240 g/kg mixture of corn cob and rapeseed instead of alfalfa hay meal.Growth performance,health condition,total tract apparent nutrient digestibility and slaughter traits of rabbits were detected and analyzed.[Result] Average daily gain and average daily feed intake in group D were lower than other groups,while feed conversion ratio,mortality and health risk index of group D were higher than other groups (P<0.05).The total tract apparent digestibility of GE,crude fiber,acid detergent fiber,acid detergent lignin,ether extract and ash in diets had no significant difference (P>0.05) between groups.Group A had the highest digestibility of dry matter (P<0.05),and that of crude protein in group A was higher than groups B and C (P< 0.05).The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in group A was higher than group B and lower than group D (P<0.05).Compared with group A,other groups had lower total tract apparent digestibility of most amino acids in diets (P<0.05).Eviscerated rate and semi-eviscerated rate of rabbits in group B were significantly lower than groups A and C (P<0.05) and other slaughter traits had no significant difference (P>0.05).Slaughter traits in group D were significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Diets with certain amounts of corn cob and rapeseed had no adverse effect on performance,health condition of growing rabbits,and the suggested adding amount was less than 16%.%[目的]比较不同水平玉米芯和菜籽粕混合物替代苜蓿草粉饲喂生长肉兔的效果,以筛选其适宜用量.[方法]选择120只遗传来源相同、健康的35日龄法国伊拉商品兔,适应7d后,按体质量((1 328.36±51.66)g)相近原则随机分为A、B、C、D4组,分别饲喂能量、蛋白和纤维基本相等的4种饲粮28 d,其中A组(即对照组)饲喂豆粕—苜蓿型基础饲粮,B、C和D组分别饲喂用玉米芯和菜籽粕混合物(按质量比1∶1混合)替代基础饲粮中1/3、2/3和3/3苜蓿草粉的试验饲粮(相应饲粮中该混合物含量分别为80,160和240 g/kg).测定该混合物对肉兔生长性能、健康状况、养分全肠表观消化率和屠宰性能指标的影响.[结果]试验期末,D组肉兔平均日增体质量和平均日采食量显著低于其他组,饲料转化率、死亡率和健康风险指数显著高于其他组(P<0.05);除B、C和D组干物质全肠表观消化率均显著低于A组(P<0.05),B和C组粗蛋白质全肠表观消化率显著低于A组(P<0.05),A组中性洗涤纤维全肠表观消化率显著高于B组而低于D组(P<0.05),B、C和D组饲粮多数氨基酸全肠表观消化率显著低于A组外(P<0.05),其余各组间养分全肠表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05);B组除全净膛率和半净膛率显著低于A和C组(P<0.05)外,其余屠宰性能指标与A和C组无显著差异(P>0.05),而D组各屠宰性能指标均显著低于其余3组(P<0.05).[结论]饲粮中添加一定水平的玉米芯和菜籽粕混合物不会对肉兔生长性能和健康状况造成明显的负面影响,建议其添加量不超过16%.
