国外有关企业职能高管团队成员的研究进展与未来展望

摘要

系统梳理了近年来国外研究职能高管团队成员的相关文献。首先介绍了职能高管团队的产生、特征及作用；然后整合相关实证研究，分析对职能高管团队成员有影响的因素；最后基于对文献的整理，讨论已有文献的不足，对未来研究方向进行了展望，以期为后续研究提供参考。%With the development of corporate governance practice , issue of functional top management team (TMT ) members has been paid much more attention . The purpose of this paper is to review the disconnected research on various functional TMT members , to identify the variables of interest , the dominant relationships , and the contributions , and to organize the existing knowledge into a framework . On the basis of a synthesis of the literature , the paper discusses the shortcomings and gaps , and puts forward an agenda for future research that contributes to our understanding of functional TMT members and , thus ,of TMT structure and composition .
