时大鼠禁水1 d、2 d和3 d后取血,测定其血清中多种无机离子和尿素氮浓度的变化.应用免疫组织化学方法观察禁水过程中c-fos在下丘脑室旁(PVN)中的表达及水通道蛋白2(AQP2)在肾脏中的表达.结果表明,禁水处理1 d,2 d和3 d后各组大鼠血清中Na+,Cl-,Mg2+,P3+均呈不同程度升高,血清中Ca2+,K+离子变化不显著;尿素氮的浓度随着时间的延长而显著升高.禁水过程中各组大鼠PVN c-fos表达部位的面密度值及平均吸光度逐渐增大,随着禁水时间的延长,AQP2在肾脏集合管的表达也逐渐增强,AQP2与血清中Na+,Cl-呈正相关.%The rats blood samples are collected after 1, 2 and 3 days in condition of drinking water deprivation. The concentration of inorganic ions and urea nitrogen of the samples are analysed. The expression of c-fos in the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus and AQP2 in the kidney are measured by immunohistochemical assay. The results indicate that Na+ ,Cl- ,Mg2+ ,p3+ concentration of the serum are increased in various degrees and no significant changes on Ca2+ and K+ concentration of serum are observed at water deprived groups. Along with the time of water deprivation, the content of urea nitrogen rises significantly. The surface area density and average absorbance of c-fos immunoreactive in the paraventricular nucleus increases and AQP2 expression in the kidney collecting duct increases gradually with the time. AQP2 expression is positively correlated with Na+ ,C1- concentration of the serum.
