Base on the analysis of empirical date of economic system and living environment from 2000 to 2009 in Yinchuan City, the method of principal component analysis is used to get the integrated index of urban living environment and economic system from 2000 to 2009, then the coordination degree on urban living environment and economic system in Yinchuan City is made a quantitative assessment by using coordinated development model. The results show that in Yinchuan City, the living environment and economy development level is divided into two stages in 2000-2009, from 2000 to 2003 there is a short chronology of the downward trend, then 2004 to 2009 the human settlement environment of the city kept improving, the urban economy kept developing, and the coordinated degree kept increasing.%通过分析银川市2000-2009年经济系统与人居环境的实证资料,采用主成分分析法,求出2000-2009年银川城市人居环境与经济系统的综合发展指数;通过协调发展度模型,定量评判银川市城市人居环境与经济发展的协调程度.结果表明,2000-2009年,银川市城市人居环境与经济协调度的发展分为两个阶段,即2000-2003年表现出短暂的下降趋势,2004-2009年人居环境不断改善,城市经济持续发展,二者的协调度不断增强.
