海拔高度对三台核桃果实性状变异规律研究

         

摘要

Morphological characteristics of Santai Walnut (Juglans sigllata) fruits growing in 7 areas with different elevations in Dayao County, Yunnan Province were mearsured. The data were processed by Software Excel, DPS, and SPSS 10.0. Significant differences were found among the fruits obtained from different elevations, in which those from elevation of 1 800 to 2 100 exhibited excellent seed quality. The index of the single fruit kernel weight varied magnificently, from 2.2 to 7.8 g with the variation coefficient CV 11.67% followed by shell thickness (0.5~1.2 mm, CV 11.36%), single fruit weight (6.1~14.3 g,CV9.67%). The variations of nut size and kernel percent varied minimally,from 2.8 to 4.0 cm (CV 4.46%) and 44.47% to 61.30% (CV 52%) respectively.%采集经营管理条件相似的7个不同海拔地段的三台核桃坚果100个,测定三台核桃果实形态指标,对所测定数据进行分析处理.结果表明:三台核桃果实性状在不同海拔高度存在极显著差异,在海拔1 800~2 100 m区域内,三台核桃种子质量最佳,7个海拔高度三台核桃果实性状总体变异幅度最大的是单果仁质量,为2.2~7.8 g(变异系数CV为11.67%),其次是壳厚0.5~1.2mm(变异系数CV为11.36%),以及单果质量6.1~14.3 g(变异系数CV为9.67%),三径均值和出仁率的变异幅度最小,为2.8~4.0 cm和44.47~61.30%(变异系数CV为4.46%~3.52%);在不同海拔带的同一品种,其坚果果实性状变异很大.
