不同产地雅美鹿蹄草中4种化学元素含量及形态分析

         

摘要

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,对不同产地雅美鹿蹄草(Pyrola decorata)及不同形态的Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg 4种元素进行了测定.结果表明:同一产地雅美鹿蹄草中4种元素含量不同;不同产地雅美鹿蹄草中Ca元素含量最高,为53.444 mg·g-1,Zn含量最低,为0.209 mg·g-1,且Ca、Zn、Fe元素差异极显著,青海互助产地Ca、Zn元素含量最高,陕西山阳产地Fe元素含量最高;Mg元素含量差异不显著,变化范围为1.015~1.097 mg·g-1.形态分析表明,4种元素总提取率在39.11%~54.73%之间,浸留比在76.17%~185.51%之间,悬浮态颗粒吸附率在8.34%~10.23%之间.雅美鹿蹄草中4种元素含量丰富,水煎提取后仍有部分元素存留在残渣中,可进一步的提取利用.%Contents and existing forms of four elements (calcium,zinc,iron,and magnesium) in Pyrola decorata occurring in different areas were determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry. The contents of four elements were different in the plant occurring in the same area. Calcium was found its highest contents in all the samples from different areas (53. 444 mg · g-1), lowest for zinc (0. 209 mg · g-1),and differences among the contents of calcium,zinc,and iron were most significant. The contents of calcium and zinc in the samples from Huzhu,Qinghai Province were the highest. Iron was found its highest content in the sample from Shanyang, Shaanxi Province. For magnesium, no significant differences were observed (ranging from 1. 015 to 1. 097 mg · g-1). Analysis of existing forms of the four elements demonstrated that the total extraction rates of the elements ranged from 39. 11% to 54. 73% ,and immerse-residue ratios were 76. 17% to 185. 51%. Adsorption ratios of suspension state were 8. 34% to 10. 23%. It was concluded that as one of the traditional Chinese herbal drugs,P. decorata was abundant in trace elements,however,attentions should be paid on the plant debris after decocted,because some elements were still remained.
