扎龙湿地夏秋季浮游植物群落结构

摘要

2009年6-9月份对扎龙湿地具有代表性的典型区域进行了浮游植物调查,共发现浮游植物243个分类单位,分别隶属于8门、12纲、22目、38科、82属、243种.初步分析了扎龙湿地夏秋两季典型区域浮游植物群落的种类组成,结果表明:种类组成最多的为硅藻门,共90个分类单位,占37.04%,其次为绿藻门88个分类单位,占36.21%;数量组成也以硅藻门最多,为14.51×104个·L-1,占总数量的50.33%,绿藻门次之,为6.54× 104个·L-1,占22.69%.根据种类组成及分布初步推断,扎龙湿地浮游植物夏季为硅藻—绿藻优势型;秋季为硅藻—绿藻—裸藻优势型.夏季优势种为梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana Kutz.)和华丽星杆藻(Asterionella formosa Hass.);秋季优势种为颗粒直链藻(Melosira granulata( Ehr.) Ralfs)和梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana Kutz.).扎龙湿地总体处于贫中营养状态.%An investigation on phytoplankton was carried out in Zhalong wetland in June and September 2009 by setting up 23 systematically placed sample stations. A total of 243 taxa were identified, belonging to S phyla, 12 classes, 22 orders, 38 families, 82 genera and 243 species. Phytoplankton community composition was analyzed, which consisted of 90 Bacillari-ophyta (37.04% ) and 88 Chlorophyta (36.21% ). Phytoplankton community biomass was also determined, of which Ba-cillariophyta accounted for 14.51×104 ind · L-1(50.33% ) and Chlorophyta for 6.54 ×104 ind · L-1(22.69%). Based on species composition and distribution in Zhalong wetland, the community composition of algae could be classified as Bacilla-riophyta-Chlorophyta type in summer and Bacillariophyta-Chlorophyta-Euglenophyta type in fall. The survey shows that Cy-clotelia meneghiniana Kutz. and Asterionella formosa Hass. are dominant taxa in summer. Melosira granuiata (Ehr. ) Ralfs and Cyclotetla meneghiniana Kutz. are dominant taxa in fall. In trophic status, oligosaprobic to mesosaprobic varieties are dominated in Zhalong wetland.
