乌鲁木齐市主要绿化树种重金属累积能力比较

         

摘要

以乌鲁木齐市公园(植物园)和道路(北京路)12种绿化树种为研究对象,运用TAS-990原子吸收分光光度计对其叶片重金属质量分数进行测定,并结合类平均法探讨了不同绿化树种对3种重金属(Pb、Cd、Cu)的累积能力。结果表明:道路树种叶片重金属质量分数明显高于公园。桑树、接骨木对Pb的累积量较高,分别为3.030、2.450 mg· kg-1;桑树、圆冠榆、新疆杨、复叶戚对Cd的累积量较高,分别为0.110、0.120、0.130、0.100 mg· kg-1;圆冠榆、新疆杨对Cu的累积量较高,分别为5.110、6.740 mg· kg-1;累积3种重金属综合能力最强树种为新疆杨,可作为污染地区优先考虑绿化树种。%With 12 kinds of greening tree species in Urumqi City Park (Botanical Garden) and road (Beijing Road), we meas-ured the heavy metal (Pb, Cd and Cu) accumulation capability in the leaf of different tree species, and determined the content of heavy metal in leaves with the combination of intercept and group average method ( cluster analysis) by TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer .The heavy metal content in leaves of tree species growing near the road corridor is significantly higher than that in Botanical Garden.The trees with higher Pb-uptake ability are Morus alba L.and Sambu-cus williamsii (3.030 mg· kg-1 and 2.450 mg· kg-1, respectively), the trees with higher Cd-uptake ability are M.alba L., Ulmus densa, Populus bolleana and Acer negundo (0.110 mg· kg-1 , 0.120 mg· kg-1 , 0.130 mg· kg-1 and 0.100 mg· kg-1 , respectively ) , and the trees with higher Cu-uptake ability are P.bolleana, U.densa (5.110 mg· kg-1 and 6.740 mg· kg-1, respectively).Overall accumulationcapability of P.boll eana for heavy metal content is more obvious than oth-er tree species.Therefore, P.bolleana can be considered as a priority greening tree species in contaminated areas.
